These are public records to help you research prospects. They are not enquiries from dentists or confirmed buying plans. You contact the businesses directly and establish what they need.
How early can I see a new practice?
In our study, the median time from the first public sign to care registration was 282 days for an existing practice expanding (90 cases) and 374 days for a new practice (89 cases). Measured 27 Aug 2026, for companies formed within two years of registering. The first sign was a company formation or planning application. These are historical medians, not promised lead times.
Can I cover just the area where we work?
Yes. Save your territory by postcode districts, region or radius. Projects and your Monday email follow that territory. Public tenders are shown separately across the UK.
Can I use Check a site in a feasibility study?
Yes. Enter a UK postcode to see nearby practices, their services, new sites and planning applications. Save the report as an A4 PDF. Estimated implant demand against supply is included where measured; it is labelled not measured elsewhere.
Will Projects show every dental build?
Planning coverage is incomplete, and some fit-outs need no planning permission. A company may never open a practice. Each record shows its source and the date recorded, so you can check the evidence. An opening date or purchasing decision needs separate confirmation.
